About The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available in our International Shipping team based in Aberlour House.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Processing international orders and preparing documentation for despatching goods. Ensuring regular communication with Despatch to keep customers up to date regarding orders. Processing invoices and customs documentation. Regularly liaising with internal departments to ensure efficient transition of information and provide best level of service.
THE INDIVIDUAL


Methodical approach with attention to detail. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Confidence in dealing with customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Previous experience in export/shipping would be preferred however is not essential as training will be given.
34- 38 hours per week to be discussed at interview
