Applications are invited for the post of International Student Recruitment Officer in the International Student Recruitment team (ISR) within the Directorate of Marketing and Communications.

Based on a beautiful campus in Egham, this role is of crucial importance to the continued success of the College\'s international focus through working as part of a team to ensure the effective promotion of the institution overseas.

Reporting to the International Student Recruitment Regional Manager, the role holder will assist the ISR team with the planning and implementation of student recruitment and marketing activities in identified international markets for Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes at Royal Holloway, University of London.

The role will assist in maximising the number of applications received from target markets and support the conversion of those applicants to enrolled students whilst ensuring excellent customer service. As such the post holder must display very good communication skills with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.

The role will focus on student recruitment from Europe, as well as supporting recruitment from South Asia and international schools in the UK. Additional and differing markets may be added and/or changed overtime.

The successful candidate will be educated to at least degree level with experience working in Higher Education student recruitment being desirable. You will need to be an excellent communicator and be able to establish strong and effective relationships both internally and externally to the College. Experience of delivering or working on events and previous experience of data management, are also key experiences which will contribute to success in this role.
