International Tax Manager

to join our dynamic Global Tax Team and take the lead in shaping our tax strategy across the EMEA region. This is your chance to play a vital role within a globally recognized manufacturing company, supporting operations that span continents while anchoring yourself in either the UK or Poland.

Your deep knowledge of international tax management, especially within EMEA jurisdictions, will help guide high-impact decisions and protect financial outcomes.

Your day-to-day will include

Leading global

transfer pricing documentation

and

audit preparation

Analyzing

cross-border transactions

and identifying tax-saving opportunities Owning the

VAT compliance process

across multiple jurisdictions Supporting

tax provision calculations

for statutory and

US GAAP reporting

Capitalize on

tax efficiencies

and

reclaim processes

across EMEA Engaging with

local tax authorities

to resolve notices and disputes Reviewing

royalty models

and advising local entities Collaborating with Treasury on

tax-efficient cash repatriation

Supporting

M&A tax integration

and entity rationalization

What we're looking for

5-7 years' experience in

international tax

, either in-house or at a top-tier firm Solid expertise in

transfer pricing

, VAT, and audit strategies Working knowledge of

US GAAP

and international tax provision processes Familiarity with

SAP

, Hyperion, and advanced

Excel manipulation

Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication A strategic thinker who's fact-driven, detail-oriented, and resourceful Preferred qualifications: CPA, MBA, JD or MST The right to live and work permanently in either the UK or Poland, as visa sponsorship is not provided.
