We're looking for a passionate and detail-driven International Technologistto help ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety and compliance across every region we operate in.

Purpose



As part of our Compliance team, you'll lead in managing technical product data, overseeing testing and certification, and ensuring our products meet every international regulation, all while helping bring safe, and high-quality design to families worldwide.

Key responsibilities



Product and Compliance Management



Develop and manage comprehensive product specifications that meet global safety and quality standards. Support new product development by integrating international compliance needs from concept through to launch. Coordinate product testing with third-party labs (e.g., TUV, SGS) and manage technical documentation and PIFs. Oversee and maintain complete, audit-ready compliance files for all markets.

International Compliance Leadership



Stay on top of evolving global regulations (EU, US, and Asia) and advise teams on any impact. Conduct proactive risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues. Communicate directly with regulatory bodies, licensors, and partners regarding technical documentation and queries. Approve all artwork and packaging to ensure safety and labelling compliance for each market.

Juvenile Product Specialism



Manage the Children's Product Certificate (CPC) process. Oversee Baby Safe Alliance (BSA) Verification testing and certification. Act as the in-house expert on US children's product standards (CPSIA, ASTM F963, CPSC requirements).

Skills and Experience:



Proven experience as an International Product or Compliance Technologist within consumer products (preferably nursery, toy, or home categories). Strong understanding of global regulations (CE, REACH, CPSIA, etc.). Exceptional organisation and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. A degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with regulatory software systems, factory audits, or third-party certification processes would be advantageous.
