The Role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive International Wholesale Executive to join our expanding Trading Team. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of key wholesale partners across EMEA and other global markets, driving commercial growth, nurturing strong relationships, and ensuring exceptional brand representation at every retail touchpoint.
Roles and Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for assigned international wholesale accounts, managing daily operations and partner relationships
Develop and execute seasonal sales strategies and assortment plans tailored to market needs, aligned with Club L's global brand vision
Support with seasonal collection presentations and sell-in meetings, guiding accounts through order placement and follow-up
Collaborate with planning and logistics teams to ensure on-time, accurate product delivery
Analyse account performance, manage replenishment, and proactively identify opportunities for growth
Ensure consistent execution of marketing initiatives and visual merchandising standards across all accounts
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, finance, marketing, and merchandising to support account objectives
Assist in the planning and execution of tradeshows, regional events, and in-market visits with key retail partners
Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular updates to senior leadership
More about you
Minimum 5 years' experience in wholesale account management, ideally with a focus on international or EMEA markets
Proven success managing and growing premium or luxury fashion accounts across multiple territories
Strong knowledge of the European retail landscape, including department stores, specialty boutiques, and online retailers
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and confidently represent the brand
Highly organized, analytical, and commercially savvy, with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing work across multiple time zones in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficient in Excel and wholesale platforms such as Joor, NuORDER, and ERP systems; experience with NetSuite is advantageous
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
Willing and able to travel across Europe and internationally as required
