This internship is within the
Competence Center Crypto & Security organization
. Here you will be part of a dedicated design team focusing on research and development for future security applications ranging from single designs to secure sub-systems with strong end-to-end secure solutions.Role description:
We are looking for a highly motivated student to join our group for a
6 months internship / gap year
. You will get an opportunity to be mentored by Senior Engineers and be involved in the modelling and verification of new cryptographic algorithms and systems.Responsibilities:
Architecting digital circuits, IC development and testbench verification Simulating digital designs using latest state-of-the-art tools Synthesizing designs to gate level and optimizing for area/power/speed
Your profile:
3rd, 4th or 5th year student of a Masters or Honors degree course Electronic Engineering/Computer Science or related subject with perhaps a requirement to have an industry internship An interest in IC digital design and understanding of Microcontroller architecture Excellent written & verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
