Your role

Dealing at the forefront of the cutting-edge Quantum Computing technology, Kipu Quantum is looking for a motivated Intern (m/f/d) to support our marketing team from 01. - 30.11.2025 (1 month) in organizing and executing an B2B event (Programming Challenge). The focus of this position is on executing marketing activities and on supporting in event planning.

Your responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing activities for a big B2B event (Quantum Computing Programming Challenge) Support the organization and implementation of the closing event Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, project management) and external partners Prepare and maintain presentations, communication materials, and event documentation Support project management tasks, including timelines, budgets, and task tracking

Your profile

Enrolled student (m/f/d), preferably in Event Management, Business Administration, or Digital Media Strong organizational skills with a structured and proactive approach Interest in marketing, project work, and event management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Creative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges Fluency in English and German
