We are seeking an inspiring Intervention Teacher to join our dedicated and supportive team here at The Desmond Anderson Primary Academy. We are looking for an enthusiastic Teacher to support students who are struggling academically or with their social, emotional and mental health to improve their progress and reach their full potential. You will be responsible for improving standards across the Academy, including working with small groups or individual students across Key Stages 1 and 2. You will have a sound understanding of the breadth of content covered across primary subjects combined with effective teaching, organisational and communication skills.
We require someone who:
is capable of working with children in an enthusiastic and positive manner
maintains high standards of learning and pupil progress
is punctual and reliable
has the desire to encourage every child to succeed
