Overview


We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fire Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in system design and electrical engineering, with the ability to build and implement effective fire safety solutions. This role requires proficiency in CAD software, mechanical knowledge, and the use of both power and hand tools. As a Fire Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of fire protection systems within various environments.

Responsibilities



Design and develop fire protection systems in accordance with relevant codes and standards. Create detailed schematics and layouts using CAD software to illustrate system designs. Collaborate with project teams to assess site requirements and provide technical guidance on fire safety measures. Conduct inspections and tests on installed systems to ensure functionality and compliance. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation or operation of fire protection systems. Maintain accurate documentation of designs, modifications, and inspections for future reference. Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and technologies related to fire safety engineering.

Qualifications



Proven experience in system design, particularly in fire protection or related fields. Strong electrical knowledge with the ability to work with various power tools and hand tools. Familiarity with CAD software for creating technical drawings and schematics. Mechanical knowledge to understand the operation of various fire protection equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Relevant qualifications or certifications in fire engineering or a related discipline are advantageous.

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
