We're looking for an enthusiastic

Inventory Controller

to join our team in

Wellingborough

, supporting the fast-paced and innovative

Huel

contract. In this key role, you'll be responsible for maintaining stock integrity, investigating discrepancies and ensuring smooth inventory operations.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working

Monday to Friday

, 14:00 to 22:00. While these are your core hours, some flexibility is expected -- after all, this is logistics!

What you will do on a typical day:



Conduct daily

inventory cycle counts

to ensure stock accuracy Investigate and resolve

inventory discrepancies

by reviewing transaction history in the

Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Coordinate and prepare

product reworks

as needed Communicate directly with the

customer

to resolve queries and provide updates Maintain accurate documentation using the WMS and other relevant systems


What you need to succeed at GXO:



Strong

communication skills

- both written and verbal Excellent

attention to detail

and a methodical approach Previous experience working with

WMS

is highly desirable Willingness to operate

Material Handling Equipment (MHE)

- including

Reach Truck

and

Scissor Lift

(training provided) A Scissor Lift Licence would be advantageous, but on-site training will be provided if needed
