?We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory & Data Co-ordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, investigating discrepancies, and producing insightful reports to support operational decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and experience working with SAP and third-party warehouse management systems (WMS).


Key Responsibilities/Duties

Stock Movements and Adjustments



Accurately record and monitor stock movements across systems, ensuring timely adjustments and data integrity.


Stock Loss Investigation and Analysis



Investigate stock discrepancies and losses, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights to prevent future occurrences.


Capacity Analysis and Reporting



Evaluate storage capacity and utilisation, producing regular reports to support planning and efficiency improvements.


Stock Reconciliation and Investigation



Perform regular reconciliations between SAP and 3PL WMS (warehouse management systems), investigating and resolving variances. Maintain high standards of accuracy in all inventory records, reports, and investigations.


Dwell Reporting



Monitor and report on stock dwell times to identify bottlenecks and improve inventory flow.


Non-Conformance Investigation and Reporting



Investigate inventory-related non-conformances and produce detailed reports to support corrective actions and continuous improvement.


Key Skills/Experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (including XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting) for dashboards, reports, and data visualisations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation, and organisational skills. Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work quickly, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities. Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to customer needs. Proven time management skills. Reliable team player. Previous experience within a supply chain network. Previous experience with SAP and third-party WMS (warehouse management systems) platforms. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key business partners.
