The Inventory Operative is responsible for maintaining and improving the Company's stock holdings and space plan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintaining and updating inventory records
Investigating stock discrepancies and reporting to management
Creating and maintaining an effective space plan within the warehouse
Training staff on how to prevent stock loss
Implementing, overseeing and maintaining inventory procedures
Ensure effective inventory control and accuracy to support the aims of the business
Delivery of a robust cycle counting process
Physical stock management and accurately maintaining reconciliation with inventory management systems
Proactively look for process improvements with a methodical and consistent approach
Deliver strong stock controls to assist in the efficient movement and management of stock
Taking responsibility and ownership in problem investigation and resolution
Liaise with internal customers and stakeholders in a timely way to manage any issues
Ensuring all company procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
Moving stock using a forklift
Key Personal Requirements
Min 2yrs logistics experience
Min 1yr inventory/stock experience
Numerical and problem-solving skills
IT skills - Google drive and systems
Accuracy and high attention to detail
Passion for providing service excellence and drive to achieve results
Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Pay: 24,500.00-25,000.00 per year
