A unique opportunity has become available for a Product Support Specialist with a Top Pharmaceutical company on a 12-month contract.

The company is seeking an experienced Product Support Specialist to oversee the implementation plan, ensure training and resource plans and, manage multiple assigned implementations at the customer sites in Manchester region.

As the Product Support Specialist, you will:

• Work in the implementation plan and oversee on-site activities to implement inventory solutions across the Manchester region
• Ensure the customer has excellent training to enable full use of the solution
• Identify training and resource plans
• Employ change management methodologies
• Monitor and maintain compliance records
• Review data to identify optimal stock levels to ensure KPI and customer requirements are aligned
• Develop activities/ processes to support the achievement of KPIs
• Review the data generated from the system in regard to stick levels and implement actions
• Liaise and work with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide support for customers for hyper care period after implementations

The ideal Product Support Specialist will:

• Live in Manchester area to manage implementations at customer sites
• Have previous experience working in NHS organisations/ department (pathology, pharmacy, or procurement)
• Be qualified in a technical/scientific field preferably, with an interest in IT systems
• Have experience of IT systems used for management of data
• Experience of managing change
• Experience with project management
• Awareness of requirements for working safely in laboratory environments
• Have full UK/EU driving licence
