Job Description

As Inventory Supervisor you will manage warehouse inventory and daily team operations per domestic/international standards for our large items team.



You will have experience of optimising inventory processes, implementing strategies, conducting training, and resolving issues to boost efficiency, accuracy, and cost reduction.


We are looking for someone who can collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and innovation, ensuring standardised operations, business goal achievement, and enhanced warehousing competitiveness.


1. Inventory Management & Process Optimisation: Refine inventory management workflows, deploying strategic inventory policies to enhance accuracy and turnover rates. Reduce holding costs while ensuring seamless logistics operations and precise inventory data integrity.



2. Team Leadership & Capability Development: Guide the team towards achieving business objectives, designing training programs to elevate team competencies. Foster a positive work environment to boost overall productivity and efficiency.



3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Collaborate with other departments to ensure information transparency and operational synergy. Develop and implement corrective actions to address warehousing challenges, driving continuous process enhancements.



4. Innovation & Competitive Enhancement: Propose innovative solutions aligned with business needs to adapt to evolving operational demands. Enhance warehousing efficiency, service quality, and competitive positioning, ensuring standardised and orderly warehouse operations.

Required Skills

Previous warehouse management experience preferably in Inventory Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in warehouse operations Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, as required by operational demands.
