Shift patterns: 37.5 hours Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm

We're now looking for a Inventory Systems Controller - Customer Focus to manage inventory processes, support bespoke customer requests, maintain accurate reporting, and ensure system integrity across the site
?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Support the customer with inventory requests and queries including hold code management processes
Produce reports using Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems
Testing systems and verifying location accuracy to maintain data integrity
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow and customer satisfaction
?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
Proven experience in stock control within a co-pack or warehouse environment
Excellent attention to detail with strong numeracy and analytical skills for data reporting
IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems; experience with Blue Yonder or Nulogy is desirable
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with multiple external customers
Effective communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
