Core Responsibilities

Lead and manage internal investigations into potential misconduct , regulatory breaches or policy violations across the business Gather, review and analyse evidence including documents, data, witness interviews , ensuring investigations are thorough, fair and legally compliant Provide clear, strategic legal advice on complex and sensitive issues Draft investigation reports and prepare briefings or recommendations for senior stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement remedial actions Develop and maintain policies, training and procedures to promote a culture of integrity and compliance Monitor emerging legal developments relevant to investigations and advise on potential impacts Support crisis response and incident management where necessary

This role will sit within the Investigations function of the Corporate Compliance team. This team is a centre of excellence within the greater Legal, Compliance and Risk Management team. The Investigations function drives internal investigations globally within the LEGO Group. Join a team where integrity drives decisions and your work helps protect our valued brand. Do you have what it takes?

A law degree - minimum 5 years PQE Experience of conducting investigations from start to finish Experience of conducting investigations related to personnel matters including discrimination, harassment and HR related topics and/or white-collar crime investigations i s particularly valuable Experience of drafting policies, frameworks, guidance documents A proven track-record of leading others through investigations of various sizes and complexities An ability to work in teams as well as work autonomously Experience of working with senior stakeholders An ability to drive any crucial changes following an investigation , including disciplinary actions Excellent communication skills, written skills and organization skills Experience of conducting training #EL - LI!
