Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Investigations Manager to oversee and coordinate investigative activities within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing investigations, analysing data, and ensuring accurate documentation. Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish and English, is preferred to facilitate communication with diverse stakeholders. This role offers an opportunity to lead investigations that support organisational integrity and compliance.

Duties



Lead and manage investigative processes from initiation to conclusion, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy. Analyse data collected during investigations to identify patterns, discrepancies, or areas requiring further attention. Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain comprehensive records of all investigations. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners via phone and written correspondence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Utilise analysis skills to interpret complex information and prepare detailed reports for senior management. Engage in upselling opportunities where appropriate, promoting additional services or solutions based on investigation findings. Coordinate multilingual communication efforts, providing bilingual support in both Spanish and English as needed. Ensure all investigative activities comply with organisational policies and legal requirements.

Experience



Proven experience in investigation management or related roles within a corporate or law enforcement environment. Demonstrable skills in data entry, analysis, and report writing. Fluency in both Spanish and English is highly desirable; bilingual candidates will have an advantage. Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional correspondence. Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders across different languages and cultures. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality at all times. Prior experience in upselling or cross-selling services is advantageous but not essential. Pay: 30.00 per hour
