We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Investigator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations, analysing evidence, and compiling comprehensive reports. This role requires strong leadership qualities, excellent report writing skills, and the ability to work independently while adhering to strict confidentiality standards. The Investigator will play a vital part in supporting organisational integrity and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
Conduct detailed investigations into assigned cases or issues, gathering evidence through interviews, inspections, and document reviews.
Analyse information critically to identify patterns, discrepancies, or areas of concern.
Lead investigative teams when required, providing guidance and direction to ensure objectives are met efficiently.
Prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive reports documenting findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
Collaborate with relevant departments or external agencies to facilitate investigations and ensure proper follow-up actions.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information throughout all stages of investigation.
Ensure all investigative activities comply with organisational policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in investigative roles or related fields; leadership experience is highly desirable.
Excellent report writing skills with the ability to present findings clearly and professionally.
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Good interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and liaising with various stakeholders.
