What the job involves
- Support in the underwriting, analysis, and execution of real estate transactions
- Build detailed financial models to evaluate potential investments
- Conduct market research and prepare investment committee materials
- Assist in the asset management of existing investments, contributing to value-creation strategies
- Liaise with external stakeholders including property managers, legal advisors, and financing partners
- Experience in investment banking, private equity, or consultancy. Exposure to real estate transactions is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with proficiency in Excel
- Excellent research and quantitative analysis capabilities
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- A second European language (German, Spanish, Italian or French) is beneficial
