Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Investment & M&A Support

+ Assist in evaluating potential investment opportunities, including financial analysis, industry research, and competitive benchmarking
+ Support the preparation of internal presentations, memos, and briefing materials for senior management
+ Help track market developments, company news, and sector trends across relevant sectors
+ Provide research and data gathering support across live transactions and strategic projects
+ Support collaboration with internal team members and coordination with external advisors

Team & Administrative Support

+ Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for the team
+ Assist with travel arrangements and expense processing
+ Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers (e.g., databases, consultants, legal advisors)
+ Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the team

Qualifications:

Fluency in written and spoken English; Chinese is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
