Investment Banking Associate Debt Advisory (renewables & Energy)

Job Description
We are currently working with a Boutique Investment Bank that specialises in the Renewables and Energy Transition Sector.
After having a couple of very strong years and a good pipeline for the foreseeable they are looking for an Associate-level hire within their Debt Advisory team, after the most recent round of promotions.

Responsibilities
- Work as part of the deal team on financing advisory mandates, gaining significant exposure to senior team members and clients
- Support for the execution of a variety of different debt transactions
- Serve as a point of contact for clients in the day-to-day management of transactions, including leading selected workstreams
- Preparation of presentation and transaction materials
- Support senior team members with client dialogue and relationship management
- Engage in and manage due diligence processes, including coordinating work by other professional advisors
- 4-6 Years of experience within an Investment Bank, Corporate Finance, or Advisory firm. Big 4 backgrounds will also be considered
- Experience within Debt Advisory or Project Finance is preferred.
- Deal Experience within Renewables and Energy is also required
