Responsibilities
Assist customers with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions efficiently and accurately.
Promote and explain banking products and services to clients, ensuring their financial needs are met.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Support the processing of loan applications, credit card requests, and other financial products as required.
Ensure compliance with all security protocols and confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain organised records of transactions and customer interactions for audit purposes.
Collaborate with team members to achieve branch targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanour.
Basic proficiency in computer software such as MS Office; familiarity with banking software is a plus.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
