The Opportunity

We are looking for a structured thinker and a persuasive writer to operationalise our investment insights. You will serve as the bridge between our primary research and education efforts and our community of investors.

We produce high-value market analysis and educational resources. Your mission is to organise, package, and distribute this expertise to ensure it reaches the right investor at the right time. You will develop the workflows that turn a single piece of insight into a cohesive narrative that guides investors from initial interest to mastering our platform.

This role is about structure, impact, and outcome. You aren't just writing content; you are developing the system that delivers our value proposition to the market.

What You Will Do

Operationalise Our Content Strategy:

You will work with the team to orchestrate the impact of our Daily Markets Intelligence & related insights. When a major market event happens (e.g., a profit warning), you ensure our timely analysis is supported by relevant evergreen educational material, creating a complete learning & engagement loop for the investor.

Drive Content Repurposing:

You will implement structured workflows to maximise the impact and lifespan of our core content. You will take market insights, webinars or research publications and turn them into high-impact, distributable assets: scripts for short-form video, threads for social, and newsletter segments.

Enhance the Customer Journey:

You will own the narrative flow of our onboarding and customer lifecycle. This includes creating starter guides, email nurture sequences, and educational series that move a user from cold novice to a confident, active user of our platform.

Knowledge Management:

We have a large Academy of timeless investment wisdom. You will reorganise, and restructure these insights so they can be surfaced contextually - ensuring that when an investor faces a specific problem, the solution is immediately at hand.

Write for Impact & Action:

You will provide copywriting for marketing that ensures alignment with our brand and positioning. Unlike generalist writing, your goal is to drive behaviour change. You will use your editing skills to ensure all output - whether human-drafted or AI-assisted - is punchy, compliant, and accurate.

You have established a predictable, high-quality publishing cadence that seamlessly blends timely news with educational support.

Funnel Performance:

You have identified gaps in our customer journey and filled them with targeted content that measurably improves conversion and user activation.

Content Accessibility:

You have transformed our research from static documents into a living, breathing library that is easily accessible to investors across the investor lifecycle.

Must-Haves (Skills & Experience)

Investment Literacy:

You don't need to be a fund manager, but you must "think like an investor." You understand the stock market, you are evidence-based, and you are genuinely interested in shares. You understand what drives an investor's decisions.

Operational Rigour:

You have experience managing content workflows in a professional environment. You are comfortable with CMS management, tagging systems, and ideally marketing automation tools. You prioritize structure and consistency.

Action-Oriented Writing:

You understand the difference between writing to inform and writing to convert. You have an interest in direct response, copywriting, or performance marketing and understand how to craft a "hook" that leads to an outcome.

Tech & AI Fluency:

You are comfortable using Generative AI to improve editing and drafting and are proficient with modern distribution and scheduling tools.
