We are currently seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join the team.

In this role, you will:

  • Report to a Senior Venture Director in the team.
  • You will be a part of the corporate venture team, Invest in venture investments in emerging companies relevant to Financial Services
  • Deliver a high standard of professionalism, by independently managing portfolio of companies through the investment life cycle (valuations, internal connectivity, exit process, etc.).
  • Lead the investment execution process including negotiation of terms, due diligence and approvals.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, process applications, funds transfers. Monitoring of investment performance and portfolio company development internally and externally.
  • Day to day management and development of junior members of the team





Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of the Venture Capital, Startup and technology industries.
  • Experience from the Venture firm who has been involved in investments.
  • MBA, ACA\xe2\x80\x99s, Investment banking into venture firms.
  • Strat up with technology background
  • Understanding of financial markets and key trends, understanding financial modelling.
  • Experience in research, analysis and presentations on industries, companies and strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The base location is Canada Square, London, E14 5H9 Hybrid. The working hours is 35 hours per week Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri (9am \xe2\x80\x93 5pm).
