The purpose of the role is to be an Investment Operations Administrator for the Chase de Vere Investment Management Team. The role involves support of the company's Discretionary Portfolio Service and Bespoke investment fund panels.
The role-holder would be responsible for administrative, maintenance and development of Chase de Vere's Investment Proposition (Discretionary Portfolio Service and Bespoke), working with a range of providers to request and collate information.
The role holder will be required to identify and improve efficiencies with regards to current processes.
What your role will involveCompile and maintain information relating to the Discretionary Portfolio Service and Bespoke investment fund panels, including internal reference materials and compliance records. Constructing spreadsheets that will support the quantitative requirements. Assist with the administration and provision of data, numerical and graphic, that will be used in regular updates and reporting. Assist with the administration aspects associated with the execution of trading activity. Liaison with fund management companies and platform providers with regards administrative, operational and informational matters. Assisting in the administration across multiple investment platforms Always adhere to regulatory and compliance guidance while consistently delivering to the highest service standards. Demonstrate flexibility in responding to the needs of the business and its clients. Have a high level of written English and the ability to produce well written and grammatically correct internal / external communications and reports. Ability to manage complex workloads and the ability to multi-task and prioritise. Ability to work unsupervised to manage workload and meet strict deadlines. Ensure all work is produced to Chase de Vere's high-quality standards.

What you will needEducated to Highers, Advanced Highers, including National 5s in Maths and English. Strong academic record, either academically or professionally. Experience working in a finance and/ or investment-related environment. A track record of successfully performing administrative responsibilities. An understanding of the financial services sector and regulatory context. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications. Superior organisational, operational and administrative skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive, resilient and flexible approach to work.
