You will work closely with senior team members, gaining invaluable exposure within a dynamic, fast-growing platform. What the job involves

• Evaluate real estate-backed lending opportunities and provide clear feedback to originators
• Conduct financial modelling and assess loan/asset risks, presenting key insights to the team
• Prepare detailed investment memorandums, highlighting the opportunity, due diligence, and risk analysis
• Stay informed on the UK real estate market and attend borrower meetings, due diligence reviews, and site visits
• Ensure the accuracy of financial details in legal documentation for deals you're involved in

Who we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant financial experience (e.g., corporate finance, investment banking, private equity/credit, accounting/audit, or real estate finance)
• Basic knowledge of the UK real estate market
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
• Ability to create detailed, high-quality presentations in PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
