The Package:



Up to 28,000 basic salary

(D.O.E)

plus uncapped commission with realistic first-year OTE of 50k+ Office-based, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Industry-leading bonus structure for hitting sales targets, with additional sales incentives throughout the year based on performance Social events throughout the year Free on-site parking

The Role:



Qualifying clients and educating them on property investment opportunities Building and maintaining strong client relationships Calling through old and existing leads to maximise sales Managing a pipeline of prospects and closing deals Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets Providing expert advice and market insights to support client decisions

The Person:



Strong sales background in a consultative sales environment Excellent negotiation and communication skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Confident closer with a results-driven mindset Highly motivated and resilient with a proactive approach to sales
