About the role

As an Investment Surveyor, you'll take responsibility for the effective delivery of investment works across our property portfolio. From surveying and specifying works, to managing contractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, you'll ensure our homes remain safe, sustainable and of the highest quality for our residents.


Your key responsibilities will include: Undertaking property inspections and producing detailed schedules of work. Managing planned and cyclical investment programmes. Overseeing contractors to ensure quality, value for money and timely delivery. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, statutory regulations and Trident Group's standards. Working collaboratively with colleagues, residents, and partners to achieve positive outcomes.

Who we're looking for?

We're looking for someone who is passionate about improving homes and communities, with a strong technical background in property surveying. You'll bring:


A recognised qualification in building surveying, construction, or equivalent experience. Sound knowledge of building construction, maintenance, and health and safety compliance. Experience of managing investment or planned works programmes. Strong project management and communication skills. A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
