Join our Institutional Retirement Investments Middle Office team and play a key role in delivering high-quality investment performance, portfolio analytics, and risk management insights. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our operations, supporting strategic decision-making and driving process improvements across a dynamic investment environment.


What you'll be doing:

Producing portfolio MI reporting for senior stakeholders across Investments and Risk Managing and validating data while supporting the development of asset data models Running operational processes to enhance front office decision-making Implementing new reporting and data workflow technologies to improve efficiency Contributing to the optimisation of our product-led operating model Providing cross-coverage for critical reporting and operational activities Engaging stakeholders and testing changes to ensure positive customer outcomes Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processes

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

Degree-level education or equivalent experience Strong background in middle office or investment MI reporting roles Good understanding of financial services and investment asset classes, especially Fixed Income or Private Assets Advanced Excel skills (including macros/VBA) and familiarity with data analytics tools Experience in process improvement and data automation Ability to analyse large data sets and maintain high accuracy standards Excellent organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach Creative problem-solver with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
