Investor Relations Manager

London, United Kingdom

Job Description

About Low Carbon
Low Carbon is a leading investment company focused on developing, financing and operating renewable energy projects. We were founded with the ethos of sustainability, responsibility and mitigating the effects of climate change.
Since its formation in 2011, Low Carbon has been funding development activities in solar PV, battery energy storage, wind, waste to energy and energy efficiency.
Low Carbon has a proven track record in the development, construction, financing and management of renewable energy assets. We have a dedicated development team originating projects across Europe, and some of these projects could be kept in house and used to seed a fund. We have a dedicated investment team that evaluates and finances third party projects, with a mandate to invest in large, complex deals from a multi-billion dollar pool of capital.
In 2018 we established a €200m fund with Vitol (VLC Renewables) and have since successfully taken the first phase of a major onshore wind project to final close in Ukraine.
Our dedicated asset management team is managing a growing portfolio of assets both on balance sheet and for third parties and can add value to assets either developed and constructed in-house, acquired by the funds team, or owned by third parties. To date, Low Carbon has closed more than 50 renewable energy transactions.
