Key Accountabilities

Support the onboarding process for new investors and maintain accurate records. Liaise with potential and existing investors, ensuring excellent service. Organise and assist with investor events, both online and in-person. Provide administrative support for loan funding, including trust schedules. Manage and maintain filing systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Oversee investor portal tasks such as product testing, troubleshooting, and liaising with IT. Conduct online searches including credit and company checks, in line with company policy. Collaborate with Finance, Underwriters, Servicing, and Directors to support business needs.

Skills & Competencies

Strong PC/keyboard skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Clear written and verbal communications Organised, self-motivated, and able to work on your own initiative.

Knowledge & Personal Attributes

Degree-level education (or equivalent experience) Interest in property and/or finance Diligent, calm, and self-assured under pressure Exceptionally well-organised and able to meet deadlines Proactive and eager to learn.
