The Role:



This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the training support team at Citrus Training at our brand-new Leeds Training Centre. This is a customer facing role and the successful candidate will have responsibility for invigilating CSCS touchscreen tests, advising customers by phone, email or face-to-face on the correct test required for the relevant scheme cards. Setting up candidate tests on the Pearson Vue system in accordance with CITB scheme rules. Taking payments and sending booking confirmations. Assisting the Administration Department with all areas of administration.

Key Areas of Responsibility:



Advising clients and booking touchscreen tests, taking card payments and sending booking confirmation to clients/candidates

Invigilating touch screen tests

Notification of upcoming tests to the relevant Awarding Body within expected timescales

Meeting & greeting delegates/centre visitors

Ensuring acceptable ID is presented at time of test

Updating database with pre-and post- course information. Including CCTV and voice recordings

Liaising with Internal Verifiers and assisting with preparation for annual audits

To assist in other administration duties when required including, but not limited to:

Internal and external telephone calls, including covering other departments calls as and when necessary

Receipt and distribution of incoming and outgoing post

Production and despatch of course materials and paperwork

Receipt/production/despatch of all certificates and ID cards

Set up and clear down of classrooms as required for weekly course schedule

Management and replenishment of general stationery items, delegate refreshments.

Maintaining course paperwork archive and filing systems

Assisting the Administration Department with ad hoc duties and projects as required.

The Person:



Proven track record of working in a busy office environment is desirable Knowledge of CSCS and CPCS card schemes would be advantageous but not essential. Full training will be given. IT literate with knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office and use of database systems Excellent customer service and people skills with a commitment to upholding excellent customer service levels Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail Strong time management and prioritisation skills Resilient and can work flexibly with changing priorities, whilst staying focused Approachable and professional.

Hours:

Monday to Thursday (08:30-17:30) and Friday (08:00-17:00)
