Walls Truck Services Ltd is a well-established recovery and breakdown specialist. We pride ourselves on providing a reliable service across South Wales and beyond, and we're now looking for an experienced Invoicing & Admin Assistant to join our Newport head office team.
The Role
You'll be responsible for accurately invoicing recovery and breakdown jobs, using industry-specific systems and mapping tools. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, confidence with computers, and the ability to support the wider team when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing vehicle breakdown and recovery jobs accurately and on time
Using mapping systems and What3Words (W3W) regularly
Data entry, tracking systems, and self-billing processes
Supporting the control room as back-up cover when required
Liaising with customers and team members to resolve queries
Requirements:
Previous experience in the vehicle recovery/breakdown industry is essential
Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
Confident using mapping systems and W3W
Organised, accurate, and able to work under pressure
