Invoice Administrator \xe2\x80\x93 Fixed term contract

Job summary:

As an Invoicing Administrator, you will ensure the timely and efficient processing of all invoicing and to support the wider accounts team as and when required.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and production of sales invoices and distribution of customer invoices via post and email.
  • Ensuring the accurate input and upload of manual sales invoices.
  • Ensuring that any customer disputes are escalated with management.
  • Processing and input of purchase ledger invoices.
  • Support the wider accounts and finance function as and when required.
  • Any other duties commensurate with the post.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within an accounts function.
  • A customer centric attitude, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Treat your accountabilities and responsibilities as personal commitments.
  • Ability to create and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ability to quickly build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
