We are now recruiting for an

Invoicing Administrator

to join our Customer Service department.

You will complete and carry out all aspects of Allied Autocare administration, making sure all systems are up to date.

Hours of work are

Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

and the salary is

26,208 per annum + bonus.

The main duties of the role are:

Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date information To ensure all work is correctly invoiced and payment received within the correct time frame To ensure that Service customers receive prompt, courteous and effective repair of their vehicles within the guideline of the policies and procedures of the Company and Manufacturer To liaise with the Mobile Technician regarding the most effective way of carrying out the work required, taking account of the skills of the workforce, the priorities of the business and the cost implications Use initiative to resolve issue in a manner which upholds the brand values Identify additional customer support needs in order to generate profit for the business Maintain accurate customer records and invoices to ensure efficiency within the department Provide a customer focused attitude to ensure business growth and overall customer satisfaction

To be effective in this role, you will have:

Previous experience working as an administrator. Strong communication skills. Experience using all Microsoft packages.
Previous experience working in the automotive industrywould be advantageous but is not essential.
