We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions within our organisation. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to have the flexibility of mixed office and remote working
Duties
Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
weekly invoicing and po processing
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
Assist with onboarding new employees and organising training sessions
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
Liaise with external clients and suppliers to facilitate effective communication
Experience
Proven experience in an administrative or organisational role is preferred
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Previous experience working within a professional environment is advantageous but not essential for entry-level candidates
16 hrs per week
must include Wednesday and Thursday 10.00am-14.00pm but other hours can be flexible.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
