MSS Ltd is a small private, medical secretarial practice based in Bloxham near Banbury. We manage a diverse portfolio of private medical consultants. An exciting opportunity has become available for a Medical invoicing clerk - Credit Controller to join this busy team.
You must be a caring and compassionate individual, with a willingness to go that extra mile for patients & our consultants. You will be working within a professional and friendly fast paced team. Role:
Reporting to the Accounts Manager
Invoicing patients for all appointments, procedures and surgeries.
Taking payment in advance of appointments for all self funding patients.
Credit control.
Keeping accurate records at all times.
Ability to multi task.
Essential Personal Attributes:
Understanding within a compassionate approach.
You must possess a 'CAN DO' attitude.
Looking for a long term and secure position.
Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
Understanding of patient care, always showing empathy and tact in all circumstances.
A passion for good personal service, and a desire to provide an exceptional patient experience.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Ideally previous experience as invoicing clerk or credit control, but not essential.
Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Some experience of working within a private clinic or hospital, but not essential
The applicant must have:

Being able to cope under pressure.
Good at 'problem solving'.
Excel at working in a fast paced environment.
