Job Description

A prestigious City law firm is seeking a Commercial IP Lawyer with 1-2 years' PQE to join its IP & Commercial team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a high-performing team at the heart of the City's legal market.

Drafting and negotiating IP-rich commercial agreements (e.g. licensing, SaaS, R&D, collaboration)
Advising on IP strategy, brand protection, and commercialisation
Supporting corporate transactions with IP due diligence
Collaborating with colleagues across corporate, tech, and regulatory teams

Large city firmHard IP focus

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1-2 years PQE
Experience in commercial IP law, ideally from a City or international firm
Strong drafting and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Available to start at short notice
