Ipaf Cleaning Operative
Job Description
Aquila Industrial Cleaning deliver specialist and industrial cleaning services within the construction sector throughout the North of England.
We are seeking an experienced and reliable self employed cleaning operative with IPAF to join our team and work on construction projects in and around the Leeds area. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently as well as in a team in order to complete a range of cleaning tasks on new build and refurbishment projects. Experience of external cleaning work using reach and wash and jet washing equipment would also be preferable.
Skills
Proficiency in English to communicate clearly with team members and clients. Ability to drive may be advantageous for roles requiring travel between multiple sites but this is not essential. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. CSCS card is required. IPAF or PASMA accreditation is essential.
