Overview

We are looking to recruit an IPAF Training Instructor to join our expanding Academy Team on a full time basis.

This is an extremely rewarding opportunity for an experienced instructor possibly looking to relocate or for an IPAF demonstrator licence holder searching for a fresh challenge.

The ideal candidate will be well versed in delivering high quality IPAF training to both internal and external clients, across the central belt of Scotland

Requirements of the role.

Be an ambassador for quality health and safety including the well-being of customers where and however required. Ensure all courses are carried out to the criteria required by the external awarding bodies. Drive compliance of paperwork as required by external awarding bodies and upload to the governing body once the course has been completed. Responsible for providing training that exceed the required standards of the business and the respective external bodies Direct any referrals back to our experienced training team. Prepare all enabling and learning tools that complement the candidates' ease of learning Assist with all formal audits / verifications as required. Undertake training assessments and complete documentation, within the relevant service level agreement. Maintain up to date and easily accessible training records. Complete, store and handle all paperwork in line with GDPR requirements. Identify and promote best practice in training / assessment delivery. Proactively pursue opportunities for improvement and implement appropriate changes, securing relevant approvals and authority. Promote positive working relationships with customers, line managers and candidates Provide training and assessment guidance as required. To train and assess in accordance with Awarding Organisation standards and assist with other training and development activities as and when required within the Academy Team.
This role is based on a 4 day working week with the increase to 5 days after probation.

Pay: From 25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
