Overview

We are seeking a skilled IPAF Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating powered access equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe working environment while supporting various projects across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Operate various types of powered access equipment, including cherry pickers and scissor lifts, in accordance with IPAF guidelines. Conduct pre-use checks and routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies while on site. Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations. Assist in training new operators on the safe use of equipment as required. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and any incidents that occur during operations.

Experience

Valid IPAF certification is essential for this role. Previous experience operating powered access equipment is highly desirable. A strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to construction sites. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
