We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IP/IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for commissioning, maintaining and optimising our new IP management system, and optimising other platforms such as HubSpot. This role requires a strong understanding of various technologies, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to provide top-notch support to our growing team.
Responsibilities
Administer and maintain critical software systems such as RightHub, HubSpot, and Microsoft 365
Work with existing IT service providers to maintain business continuity.
Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring excellent customer service.
Introduction of AI into IP workflows.
Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Take ownership of software accounts.
Contribute to website development and maintenance, and integration of IT systems
Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives.
Experience
Proven experience in system administration with a strong background in database systems.
Proficiency in managing Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Excel.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills in English to liaise effectively with team members and users alike.
