To assist clients in sourcing appropriate competitive paid employment opportunities and or education outcomes in line with client preferences through building positive relationships with local organisations / employers and providing person-centred advice and guidance to clients to enable them to move into suitable and sustainable work.
Day to day you will be supporting clients with Mental Health issues to find and sustain paid employment as a key element of their recovery - engaging with employers and building good working relationships with Clinical teams along the way. You'll offer support, careers advice and guidance, helping people to set their own recovery and employment focused goals and provide training in personal and skills development such as CV preparation, interview techniques etc. Additionally, you will have responsibility for maintaining efficient admin systems to ensure referrals, assessments and reviews are completed in a timely manner.
We are looking for:

  • Experience of working in a customer facing environment e.g. Customer Services, Social Care, Hospitality, Sales, employment etc.
  • Experience of working in a performance target driven environment
  • Willingness to travel locally and dedicated to working in the community
  • Have a full driving license and access to own vehicle
