This team works with the UK\'s largest brands and the Research Executive would be required to help add value to our clients by guiding and developing the team to become trusted partner with the clients using social data and analytics.

The role...

This role will be responsible for client management of a portfolio of clients in the newly merged businesses where we have brought together the power of our SaaS platform Synthesio and social data consulting unit SIA, tasked with setting gold standard for account management and deep consulting to partner with clients for y-o-y growth.

You will support and work alongside Account Leads, helping to build trusted relationships with our clients and demonstrate value of our solution through analytical capabilities. This is a highly visible and exciting area so there are big opportunities for the right person.

This role will offer hybrid working from our London office 3 days a week and the rest from home.

What will I be doing?
This will be a varied and interesting role including:-\xe2\x80\x8b

  • Developing expertise on social data intelligence and reporting interface (SaaS platform)
  • Onboarding & training clients
  • Understanding client business and reporting needs
  • Monitor platform usage, embed data and prove ROI of our social data and solution to clients to maximise retention.
  • Analysing data and developing insights to support client business cases based on our gold standard frameworks in social intelligence
  • Conducting presentations (when required)
  • Provide expert consulting services that turns social data into powerful actionable insights.
  • You will be involved in all aspects of the project life-cycle including set-up, query writing, analysis and reporting.
  • Helping clients develop and implement taxonomies within the Ipsos Synthesio platform and train them on how to maximise its insight value
What do I need to bring with me?
We are looking for someone who recognises the importance of providing first class service to clients and is excited by social data insights. We will support your development with comprehensive training and you will have access to our extensive learning academy and training workshops.
To be successful in this role you will ideally need the following skills and experience:
  • Experience and confidence in designing, planning and facilitating research projects (qual/quant or both)
  • Ability to build trusted advisor relationships quickly with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of social intelligence space
  • Excellent verbal, written and presenting skills
  • Experience working with social data to provide consulting to clients on innovation and strategic brand development areas (a plus)
  • Expertise with SaaS platforms and how it can be implemented and used to make sense of data (a plus)
  • Work ethics and approach to work: Tenacious, relentlessly client focused, hyper team focused, ambitious, organised, passionate, willing to muck in, results orientated, pro-active ability to deliver results, meet deadlines and manage time effectively
