We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IQA to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assessing and ensuring the quality of vocational education and training. Responsibilities

Conduct assessments of learners in accordance with IQA standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide constructive feedback to assessors, helping them understand their progress and areas for improvement. Develop and implement assessment plans that align with the curriculum and learner needs. Collaborate with other assessors and staff to maintain high standards of assessment practice. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of assessment strategies, making adjustments as necessary to enhance learner outcomes. Maintain accurate records of assessments, feedback, and learner progress in accordance with organisational policies.

Skills

Strong educational background with relevant qualifications in vocational education or training. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with learners. A passion for education and a commitment to fostering learner development. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in maintaining assessment records. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Proficiency in using digital tools for assessment documentation and communication.
