We are currently seeking

IRATA Rope Access Technicians

to join our growing team. The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering high-quality cleaning and maintenance services to buildings and structures across London and Essex.

Qualifications (Required / Preferred):



IRATA Level 1 / Level 2 / Level 3 certification

(essential) Must be

based in London or surrounding areas

to allow for commuting to sites Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential) CSCS, IPAF, or PASMA cards (preferred but not essential)

Skills & Experience:



Previous window cleaning and/or building maintenance experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable time management and organisational skills Clear written and verbal communication Ability to work in varied environments and adapt to different tasks Team player with the ability to follow instructions efficiently

Required Personal Equipment:



Harness ID/Sirius device Helmet ASAP / Duck Foot loop

Ideal (but not essential) Equipment:



Rigging kit Ropes Professional window cleaning tools
This is an excellent opportunity for self employeed IRATA-certified technicians

based in London and surrounding areas

who are looking to develop their skills and work on a variety of challenging and rewarding projects.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 120.00-240.00 per day

Experience:

window cleaning: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:

IRATA Certification (required) Driving Licence (preferred)
Willingness to travel:

75% (required)
Work Location: In person
