Role and responsibilities

As Site Agent, you will be accountable for the daily management of projects ranging from 5k to 2m. Your responsibilities will include:


Executing contracts in alignment with legislative requirements, health and safety plans, and quality standards Ensuring IRATA Code of Practice is adhered to Providing technical/IRATA input to the pre-construction team Delivering projects on time and within budget Collaborating with site staff and liaising with the commercial team to ensure compliance with tender allowances Continuously monitoring project progress against contract objectives. Identifying and managing changes to the contract

Skills Required

Prior experience in all aspects of geotechnical projects (rail experience desirable but not essential) SMSTS certification IRATA competence or have held IRATA competence previously Experience at a Site Agent or Sub Agent level within a rail/geotechnical contracting environment Experience working on multi-disciplinary rail and geotechnical infrastructure maintenance frameworks Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
