In Room Dining

on a

fixed-term

basis for

12 months

, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a

Food & Beverage Coordinator

, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:


Handle all in-room dining orders accurately and efficiently through phone or digital platforms.

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely preparation and delivery.

Provide exceptional guest service, managing special requests and resolving complaints.

Ensure orders are checked for accuracy, presentation, and quality before delivery.

Maintain records of orders, guest preferences, and service feedback.

Monitor inventory of IRD supplies and support daily operational reporting.

Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Support training, team coordination, and smooth daily operations.

You will be required to work

40hours

per week, on a shift rota.
