Overview
Shawlands Laundry are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ironer to join our team.
This role involves ensuring all linens and fabrics are impeccably pressed to meet our high standards of presentation and quality.
MUST have experience using a vacum pedal iron!
Responsibilities
Operate vacum pedal iron to press linens, uniforms, and other fabric items accurately and efficiently Ensure all items are pressed to the required standards, paying close attention to detail Sort laundry items according to type and size before pressing Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the ironing area and equipment Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe working environment Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Work Location: In person
