Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team, responsible for the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in irrigation, groundwork or experience with pipe and cable laying. However, if you do not have experience in these fields, we would still like to hear from you. This role requires a hands-on approach ensuring that installations meet high-quality standards.

Duties

Dig and prepare sites for installation of pipes and cables. Installation of sprinklers, driplines, main pipelines, valve boxes and control systems. Operation of trencher, mole plough and digger. Conduct routine inspections of installed systems to ensure proper functionality and address any issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

Ability to use equipment effectively and safely. Knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques for efficient water management. Experience in digging, trenching ect. Ability to troubleshoot equipment and installations as needed. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Driving license required.
Pay: 13.50 - 15 per hour (depending on experience)

40 hours per week (during busy periods, there will be opportunity for overtime)

28 days paid holiday and company pension.

Company van provided for working hours.
